Why We Started
Bangkok has incredible food. But if you're training twice a day, watching your macros, and trying to hit 50g of protein per meal — the options are close to zero. You either spend an hour cooking, order generic "clean food" that nobody has actually weighed and tracked, or eat the same three chicken-breast-and-rice variations until you lose the will to train.
The founders of Harvest were those athletes. We ran training sessions, tracked every gram of protein, and still couldn't find a meal service that was honest about macros and consistent about delivery. So we built one — starting from our own kitchen in Bangkok and scaling to a full cold-chain operation with Michelin-trained chefs.
We ended the protein-shake-and-rice-cake era. Real food, cooked by real chefs, with macros you can actually trust. Chef-prepared, macro-tracked, cold-chain delivered. That's the whole mission.
