Most meal services are built for people who want to eat a little cleaner. Harvest is built for people who track macros, train twice a day, and don't have time to cook four meals between sessions.

Why We Started

Bangkok has incredible food. But if you're training twice a day, watching your macros, and trying to hit 50g of protein per meal — the options are close to zero. You either spend an hour cooking, order generic "clean food" that nobody has actually weighed and tracked, or eat the same three chicken-breast-and-rice variations until you lose the will to train.

The founders of Harvest were those athletes. We ran training sessions, tracked every gram of protein, and still couldn't find a meal service that was honest about macros and consistent about delivery. So we built one — starting from our own kitchen in Bangkok and scaling to a full cold-chain operation with Michelin-trained chefs.

We ended the protein-shake-and-rice-cake era. Real food, cooked by real chefs, with macros you can actually trust. Chef-prepared, macro-tracked, cold-chain delivered. That's the whole mission.

The Kitchen + Cold Chain

We cook fresh in our Bangkok kitchen — real culinary infrastructure built on years of operation with Homie Clean Food, not a ghost kitchen spinup. Harvest meals are separate recipes, separate packaging, and a separate label. Michelin-trained execution from day one.

Every order ships cold. Insulated packaging, ice packs, sealed containers. 6-day fridge life from delivery date — tested, not estimated. When you get your box, the temperature inside is the same as when it left our kitchen.

Bangkok:Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday — delivered by 1pm.  Pattaya:Monday, Wednesday, Thursday — delivered by 3pm. Reheat: 3 minutes microwave or 8 minutes in a pan with a splash of water. That's it.

Pricing Transparency

฿320–฿380 per meal. That's our honest premium pricing — not a teaser rate that jumps after your first box. First-time customers get 50% off week 1, 25% off week 2, and 15% off weeks 3–4 as you build the habit. After that, it's the flat rate. No hidden fees.

Bundles of 5, 10, 15, or 20 meals unlock tiered discounts. Subscription pricing is always lower than one-off ordering.
